Fill out seporate claim for each appliance.

Please allow 24 business hours for your claim to be processed, claims submitted on the weekend or statutory holiday will be processed on the next business day.

After your claim is approved, you will be contacted by one of our technicians to troubleshoot the problem, you may be asked to send photo/video/audio recording of the problem to expedite service/resolution.  

Based on technician's assessment one of three things will happen:

   1- you will receive instructions on how to solve or avoid the problem,

   2 - your call will be forwarded to our service provider in your area and they will contact you for an appointment,

   3 - you will be issued a store credit, which could be used in one of our stores to purchase a replacement.  

For older sales proof of warranty (the original receipt) may be required.
